Overall duties include, but are not limited to:

• Solution Management for Spotlight by SAP discovery edition
• Act as a lead to collect required BPI recommendations content from internal stakeholders and define recommendations logic along with business processes for SAP Spotlight, covering some of the following topics:
  • Machine Learning and intelligent RPA
  • SAP cloud solutions, e.g. SAP Success Factors, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur
  • SAP S/4HANA and other key SAP products
  • Industry content and recommendations
  • SAP Services and Support offerings
  • ‘Connecting the dots’: Define mappings from end-to-end processes, process steps and business KPI’s
• Strongly collaborate with stakeholders and experts (predominantly Solution, Product and Portfolio Management) from all business/product areas across SAP
• Explore internal opportunities for content collaboration and manage internal stakeholders, e.g. with Solution Management and Product Management Teams
• Drive innovation topics, discuss new ideas with product teams & be perseverant to explore solutions

Role Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Strategic thinking combined with execution and delivery focus
• Very Good understanding of SAP solutions and technologies such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Industry Solutions
• Ability to drive execution within the area of responsibility
• Good understanding of SAP taxonomy and internal repositories (e.g. Solaris, IFR)
• Experience in working in a virtual team cross-border
• Solid project management skills and familiar with tools such as Jira
• 3+ years of related professional working experience (e.g. in solution management, product management or consulting)
• Solid communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English language skills, other languages skills are a plus (preferably German).
