ABOUT THE TEAM The Platform Support team is the center of our customer operations, and is the driving force behind our sales and support. Through our ‘raving fan’ service philosophy, we provide above-and-beyond customer service to thousands of advertisers, agencies and other media-buying professionals. Members of this team enjoy the opportunity to gain deep insight into the online advertising world and grow their careers through continued education in the workplace. WAYS YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE You will be opened up to the world of digital advertising technology and will help to grow business by providing above-and-beyond support to our large client base. You will be highly comfortable and knowledgeable about the internet in general, and should be highly confident in your ability to quickly learn about advanced software and technology. You will contribute by:
    • Using core knowledge & on-the-job training to respond to customer requests & queries
    • Troubleshooting technical issues with software & digital ad campaigns
    • Helping advertisers & media buyers define advanced strategies for success
    • Assisting in maintaining our internal security & quality procedures
    • Assisting in internal training & quality assurance among various departments in the company
    • Assisting in client training and education; set clients up to be self-sufficient
    • Assisting in improving team efficiency via enhanced procedures & organization
    • Working closely with the digital point people on both buying (buyers/programmatic leadership) & sales (sellers, advertiser/agency leadership) sides to drive revenue & performance
    • Continually educating & developing programmatic buying knowledge & skills of your customers

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

    • Super-positive attitude, worthy of our ‘raving fan’ service philosophy
    • Exposure to or knowledge of: Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Sizmek, DoubleVerify, MOAT, HTML5, AD Tags, and pixel tracking/placement
    • Proven experience and ability to learn complex software applications
    • General internet knowledge of a medium to advanced level
    • General knowledge of online business practices
    • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
    • Excellent organizational & time management skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing, startup environment

BONUS POINTS

    • Online advertising/Programmatic buying experience
    • Experience in media planning, agency sales or planning or other advertising experience
    • Bachelor's degree or higher
    • Experience or certification with Basis & Centro Certified
