What will your role be in the team

SAP is our key ERP solution and our support and development teams are using various modules, including Material Management and Sales & Distribution. Our global teams apply Agile and DevOps methodologies in our work and support global business units, projects and operations. We are looking for experienced SAP consultants for several Budapest teams.
Order-to-Cash Team (SD)
The Budapest based team with local leadership works with global IT and business partners. You will work both on projects as well base support enhancements by providing consultation and design services in response to requests coming from Fuels and Lubricants Wholesale and Retail Business lines.
As a technical expert you will be responsible to complete design documents, perform unit/acceptance testing and coordinate the IT and change management activities for the requested enhancements, projects and incidents.
Supply Chain Team (MM, SD)

Our Budapest Supply Chain teams are supporting multiple business areas. We have open positions in our Inventory Management, Manufacturing and Product Supply teams.
The consultants work with the ExxonMobil Fuels (e.g. Esso Synergy) and Lubricants (e.g. Mobil 1, Mobil Super, Mobil EV) business units and cover business processes in trading, distribution, refining, warehousing, inventory accounting. You will develop new solutions, lead project work from the IT side and support existing solutions throughout the world.
Purchase to Pay - Acquisition (MM) and Payables (MM, FI)
Our Purchase-to-Pay IT teams contribute to the global Agile Release Train by delivering prioritized projects, enhancements and provide base support services to our Procurement Business Centers across the globe.
The consultants work in a team with strong collaboration with Architects and Business Experts and act as a technical leader, who is responsible to complete design documents, perform unit / acceptance testing and coordinate the IT change management activities for the requested enhancements. The consultant will also collaborate with other capability process teams and IT functions (e.g. Batch, Security and SAP Programming Services) globally to develop and deliver integrated solutions to address business needs or resolve existing operational issues.

• 3-5 years IT support experience of relevant SAP MM, SD, FI module
• Knowledge of the position specific business process and SAP configuration e.g. Order to Cash, Logistics, Accounts Receivables, Purchase to Pay, Warehouse Management
• Knowledge of inbound and outbound interfaces (Service Requests, EDI, flat files and various middleware integrations)
• Understanding of functional specifications for ABAP development requests
• Experience with customer business process related requirements and transform them into blueprint document
• Design and execution of different types of test sets: unit testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, stress testing, end to end testing, negative testing
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Solid communication and English skills
• Adaptability to changing priorities
• Technical mindset with willingness to learn newest technologies
