What you’ll be doing...
You will be working with a team to drive customer experience transformation leveraging business insights and analytics for the Consumer organization. You will partner with various stakeholder teams including but not limited to internal business development, opportunity sizing, solution architects, business transformation, omni experience, customer service, various channel teams and portfolio to create a backlog of intelligent asset initiatives, and prioritize them for alignment, delivery and execution. You will also collaborate with teams in Technology departments (GTS, AI&E) and align with Finance for business value assessment of various initiatives the organization is delivering. Your role will support Verizon as it continuously improves the experience it provides to its customers.
