Your Role and Responsibilities
Participation in the projects as a junior consultant includes various types of tasks, including:
collection of requirements
description of to-be processes in different types of notations
validation of the future models with the business
creation of the functional specifications
validation and testing of the developments
creation of training materials and train the trainers
final preparation of the system
go-live and post go-live support
Depending on the project assignment the scope of work may be different including those mentioned above or excluding it.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• technical knowledge will be a great plus;
• good oral, writing, communication skills;
• English at least intermediate, Russian fluent is the must;
• expert office tools user (Word, Excel), integration tools including DB;
• good analytical and communication skills;
• structured thinking.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Good knowledge of business process modelling tools and methodology
• Basic knowledge of accounting
• Soft skills (experience in clients communications, delivering messages to audience, collaborative work)
• Experience or knowledge of project management in IT
• Experience of work with ERP system
