We are seeking a strong Program Manager who can work cross-functionally and collaboratively with all Engineering teams to develop the most efficient strategies. What you will do:

• Manage Carriers Programs to ensure that projects & deliverables are on time and in scope
• Manage documentation & dissipation of tickets, Program Status Reports, and other artifacts
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, acting as technical liaison
• Facilitate team meetings, upholding and guiding teams towards Agile best practices
• Ensure timely delivery of software releases by unblocking and de-risking efforts
• Maintain forward momentum on Engineering tasks (tickets, reviews, documentation, etc)
• Proactively report and resolve technical issues with an eye for scalable solutions
• Engage in our product development process to develop project plans and execution strategy
• Identify, define, and execute processes for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with other Technical Program Managers to implement PMO best-practices

About You:

• 4-10 years of Technical Project or Program Management experience
• Knowledge of SCRUM/Agile processes for Software Engineering, Scrum Master Certification preferred
• Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle and best practices
• Demonstrated track record of success delivering results in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment in a SaaS model
• Experience at a successful, scaling tech start-up strongly preferred
• Expert in effective communication with Software Engineers, Product Managers, Company Leadership, and External Partners
• Experience in Change Management within an Engineering organization
• Can work proactively and autonomously with little supervision
• Analytical problem solver and strong quantitative thinker who learns quickly
• Ability to juggle and prioritize competing demands on your time
• Able to lead cross-functional project teams
• Experience in Professional Services is a plus.
