Senior Finance Analyst - FP&A

Job Description

As part of the Travel Partner Services (TPG) Finance team the Senior Financial Analyst will partner with TPG leaders and other FP&A functions to enable solid business decision making through financial insight, meaningful analysis, and reporting. This person will be part of OPEX & Controllership team and collaborate with various functions of Account Management

She or he will be responsible for handling financial processes, budgeting & forecasting, delivering internal reporting to key business leaders, whilst driving improved insight and understanding of business performance.

What you will do:

• Providing financial support for all areas of TPG, working closely with Account Management Senior Leaders, Finance & Expense accounting, Workforce planning
• Manage all OPEX aspects for TPG Account Management including financial planning, analysis, budgeting/forecasting, reporting
• Prepare monthly management reports, variance analyses, trend analysis and financial review documents.
• Work closely with the different partners across TPG and EG
• Participate in exciting and high level projects and report the results to EG leaders

Who you are:

• Relevant degree in Finance / Accounting with at least 5 years accounting and/or financial analysis experience in an international environment.
• Great communication skills and interact frequently with management, other professionals, both finance and non-finance
• Managing complexity: is able to work effectively in a sophisticated, diverse, changing environment. Adapts well to and is energized by change whilst maintaining focus on key business goals and personal objectives.
• Problem solving: takes initiative to identify current and potential problems and determines the best solution. Highly analytical and comfortable with complex data deriving from multiple sources
• Ability to handle several projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines
• Strong MS office skills and in particular high proficiency in Excel
• Hyperion/Essbase and Oracle experience a plus
