In your role, you will:

Provide the various requirement to the execution of planned work (parts, workforce planning, documentation, etc.)

Put in place programs to prevent and predict maintenance.

Analyze power outages, develop and put in place solutions.
-
Do follow-ups on priority equipment (costs, availability, patches, five-year plan)
-
Identify items to improve in your machine sector and put them in place.
-
Identify new technologies and verify their applicability.
-
Actively participate to continuous improvement initiatives.
-
Address problems of supplying parts.
-
Act as a leader during critical interventions.
-
Provide support for activities related to building structure.
-
Represent the maintenance department during equipment acquisition projects.
Qualifications
As our ideal candidate,
- You have a Bachelor of Engineering (Automated Production, Mechanical or Electrical) degree and/or a college technical diploma combined with five years of relevant experience.
- You demonstrate organizational skills, are known for your leadership skills, and show the capacity to mobilize various teams.

You are able of working under pressure and concurrently run several projects while respecting your engagements.

You have good verbal and written communication skills (French and English).

You have strong organizational skills and are capable of synthesizing information.

You have work experience in a maintenance service (asset).
