Poshmark’s talent acquisition team is responsible for empowering our organization to hire the best talent. As a Business Recruiter you will manage the recruitment process, collaborate with executives, use cutting edge technology and deliver high impact projects for our scaling teams. You’ll grow as a person and leader in your field, all the while serving team Posh to attract, engage and hire world class talent. The right candidate will thrive at getting things done in a fast-moving and sometimes chaotic environment while keeping our candidates top of mind.

The ideal Business Recruiter will work cross-functionally to identify, engage and highlight top talent for key roles across our organization. You’ll build strong relationships with several of our core business leaders across a wide range of teams (Finance, People Operations, G&A, etc.).

You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from the beginning until close.You will also contribute to projects that benefit the people organization. If you are someone who excels in candidate prospecting, collaboration with hiring partners, and is the subject matter expert for talent, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruitment (researching, scheduling, screening, closing) for multiple roles and teams (Finance, POps, G&A, etc.)
  • Sourcing: Identify and target passive candidates that could meet the current and future hiring needs
  • Continue to create a scalable processes that meets the needs of our growing company
  • Partner with client groups regularly to understand priority roles, required skills, and other key success factors
  • Coordinate and lead Pre-brief and post-interview feedback with interview teams and candidates
  • Advocate for candidates as they move through the interview process and work to create a one of a kind candidate experience
  • Build diverse, equitable and inclusive teams

6-month accomplishments:

  • Align to our full-cycle recruitment strategy to source, recruit and close multiple requisitions for team Posh
  • Work closely with hiring teams to create an exceptional candidate interview process and experience
  • Strategize, develop and deliver 1-2 talent acquisition projects

12-month accomplishments:

  • Build diverse, equitable and inclusive teams

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as a full cycle recruiter in the areas of G&A and Marketing, in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and proactively problem solve, developing creative approaches to sourcing and engaging candidates
  • Passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion
  • Proven experience in building and managing a diverse candidate pipeline
  • The ability to prioritize tasks/goals in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • A natural people connector and relationship builder, you bring out the best in people
  • An engaging storyteller, excited to build an employer brand via social media and other avenues
  • Customer-service mindset, with an outgoing, warm, and approachable personality
  • Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills
  • An interest in developing and building upon processes and initiatives that improve candidate experience
  • Growth stage start-up experience preferred
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS is highly preferred
