About the role

As a Product Manager at Robinhood, you’ll be responsible for leading teams to develop products that improve the everyday lives of our customers. You’ll work with experts in data, design, engineering, marketing, operations and research to bring ideas to life that will help us democratize our financial system.

As a product manager on our brokerage team, you’ll work to make sure that our investing products and services delight millions of customers. You’ll be responsible for working alongside colleagues in engineering, operations and content to build innovative, scalable and reliable technologies that power Robinhood’s growing suite of investing products. As a product manager focused on our clearing business, you’ll be responsible for building, scaling and innovating on the core systems that empower Robinhood customers. You’ll ensure that Robinhood’s investing products are uniquely powerful and simple to use for a wide spectrum of investors, by architecting and delivering modern brokerage services.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Partnering with engineering, operations, compliance and other product teams to help build products focused on helping our customers take an active role in their financial lives.
• Establishing a product vision and shared set of priorities across the team and the company, which meet the most important needs of our customers and internal teams.
• Working with engineering, operations and data to scale and strengthen critical investing systems
• Working with communications, content and marketing teams to launch products that are easy to understand and use

Some things we consider critical for this role:

• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree
• 2+ years experience building and shipping scaled platforms and services
• Familiarity using research, experimentation and product analytics to guide decision making
• Ability to focus on a problem at hand while thoughtfully considering overarching company strategy
• Passion for financial products and improving people’s financial lives
• Motivation to be a self-starter

Bonus points:

• Computer Science major
• Experience working on a fintech or finance product
