Our Exciting Opportunity Who we are

The Customer Experience and Sales Excellence organization at Ericsson is chartered to own and lead the strategy development and prioritize the improvement roadmap for customer experience and global sales. We then aid the business in the execution of our intended end-to-end customer experience and enable the global sales force of the future.

We have four focus areas:

  • Customer experience – Design and aid the business in delivering on the quest for easy for our customers.
  • Employee experience – Leading a customer-centric culture and enabling the sales workforce of the future.
  • Customer Success – Enabling the capabilities and best practices for our customer’s success.
  • Sales Excellence – Best practice by design in our sales processes & tools.

Job description

We want a passionate Business Analyst to take part in our Business Analyst Team in Sales Excellence. The team plays a crucial role in developing digitized capabilities in the Sales functional area. The Sales Excellence unit partners with Market Areas, Business Areas, Lighthouses and Group Functions in the end-to-end sales process to drive systemic improvements, enable best practice sharing and alignment to provide a clear roadmap to deliver on our Sales Wanted Position.

The successful Business Analyst drives dialogues with a large network of partners around the globe and has the analytical skills to understand their business needs. We believe that the right person for us has a combination of business knowledge, process experience, methodology skills, relevant IT skills and a winning personality that supports communication and business change management.

You will

  • Perform analyses, present findings and develop recommendations together with Global Product Owner and Ericsson sales organization.
  • Translate identified business needs to user stories for development.
  • Define solid acceptance criteria, and anchor with the team
  • Support the Change Management team with content creation for training and activities relating to deployment and adoption
  • Interview business partners and end users/customers to align with their needs
  • Coordinate and facilitate team workshops (on-site or online)
  • Report into the Business Analyst Manager in Sales Excellence

Since we are on a path to agility you will also apply agile practices to achieve business success as well as participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives and release planning.

To be successful in the role you must have

  • University degree/MBA in Business or Engineering/ICT
  • 1-3 years proven experience in a Business Analyst role
  • Well-demonstrated communication and analytical skills
  • Experience from working in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience of working according to Agile frameworks
  • Extensive customer focus and ability to understand customers' needs
  • Suitable certificates, like CBAP is a plus
  • Experience in project management
  • Very good skills both written and spoken in English
