Position - Customer Engagement Manager

Location - London (Soho). Although staff are working remotely currently, in due course we would expect this role to be office based

What does a Customer Engagement Manager do?

You will be working in our Customer Success Team and responsible for managing our clients who use our award winning platforms to manage their Search, Social and Amazon advertising campaigns. You will be the day to day point of contact, the Marin expert for our key clients. You will own a portfolio of clients with some clients spending £1m+ per annum, you will implement paid search strategies, train them on new features, full analysis and recommend optimisations to ensure their accounts keep on growing..

Sounds great, what experience do I need?

  • 3+ years hands on Paid Search experience, this can be on any platform however if you have used Marin Software in the past this would be advantageous. Your experience will include setting up, analyzing and optimizing campaigns.
  • Experience of managing a portfolio of accounts
  • Natural relationship builder, you enjoy talking and presenting to clients. You will also be training your clients on the latest updates on Marin Software.
  • Be analytical, you enjoy using data to make decisions.
  • Ability to drive usage and adoption of the Marin Enterprise platform through reviews, account performance planning and establishment of best practices
  • Stay informed of industry news, new best practices and emerging technologies
  • Experience managing Social or ecommerce accounts would be a plus

This person will be part of a team in London but will be directly managed by someone in the US. As such as well as hands on Paid Search experience, the successful candidate will be able to show an ability to manage their own time and work fairly autonomously - albeit with support.
