About the Role:

Tier - 1 Engineers are responsible for providing IT support to end users. Beside this, support monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software, and solves technical problems.

What You'll Do:

• Handle Tier 1 help desk Escalations via Ticket, Slack and In person
• Install, monitor, troubleshoot and replace computers and other IT devices
• Provide system and network support to end user
• Cisco Switches, APs and Routers configuration
• VOIP Support
• Provide level-1 support for SaaS apps like Okta, Slack, Salesforce and Confluence
• Provide Tier 1 support for Genesys calling systems to end users

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years Experience in IT Support and 16 years Education with CS background
• Experience in configuring, administering and managing Windows Servers Active Directory and Group Policies
• Experience in Office 365 and Microsoft Azure
• Expertise in Next Gen Firewalls
• Experience in troubleshooting IT and ISP related issues
• CCNA/CCNP Certified (Optional)
