Your challenge will be to support the R&D department in a challenging phase of aggressive growth. You are responsible for

• Responsible for the design, implementation, integration and testing - implement applications and technologies for EPD products.
• Comply and align with software development professionalism standards within the team (processes and methodologies, quality of requirements, design, coding and testing).
• Write clean, high quality, solid, readable code that scales.
• Define functional requirements based on product definitions.
• Promote trust, openness and leverage external capabilities locally and globally.

You are a part of of Philips EPD Solutions, a recently acquired venture with ambitious plans for growth, developing a disruptive technology, which will improve the efficiency and efficacy of life-saving cardiac ablation procedures treating among others atrial fibrillation. EPD’s technology has the potential to address the key unmet need of real-time therapy assessment, which is one of the more significant limitations of the current standard of care. We aim to help to improve outcomes for millions of people and help maintain the rapidly rising cost of managing the disease. Having obtained CE mark and 510k approval in 2018, we are launching our product now in Europe, US and are seeking regulatory approvals around the world.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent degree from a well-known institution
• 3-5 years of experience in software development using Unity3D.
• 3-5 years of experience in software development using C#
• 2+ years of experience with C++ software development is a preference
• Experience with scripting, textures, animation, GUI styles, and user session management
• Experience with memory and space optimization
• Robust debugging, optimizing and unit testing skills
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
