Job Responsibilities:

Business analysis

• Analyze sales data and utilize consumer & shopper insight to lay out channel marketing programs in order to maximize business across existing and new channels
• Provide periodic update on market / competitor activities as well as identify customer opportunities

Deliver business result

• Work closely and effectively with customers, sales team and cross fuctional team to execute trade activation programs to deliver business target of the assigned customers/channels
• Proactively review and adjust the plan so as to achieve the target

Develop trade program

• Aligned with strategy: propose promotion plan to maximize the growth potential within the assigned budget
• Allocate and manage promotional budget across channels to optimize return on investment

Evaluate and maximize program effectiveness

• Analyze channel sell through and promotion effectiveness and implement improvement plans and develop best practice to maximize future ROI

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related field
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in trade marketing and retail and/or channel management
• Knowledgeable in developing and implementing marketing programs and managing projects
• Experience in analyzing data such sales performance, product movement, product mix, market intelligence results is a must
• Experience in automotive, tire or FMCG industry preferred
• Excellent English communication skill both spoken & written and able to communicate effectively in various levels in the organization
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Application such as Excel and Powerpoint
• Excellent leadership skills
