Our Exciting Opportunity

The Head of E2E OSS Solutions will join MMEA Digital Services OSS, Core and Cloud Domain and will be responsible for Driving the Solutioning of OSS Portfolio across the whole Market Area.

In this role, you will be leading a team of Domain Sales Managers and Experienced/Senior Solution Architects responsible for developing, owning and promoting E2E Orchestration, Analytics, Assurance, and Network Management Solutions. You will working closely with BDGS SA OSS, Key Account organization, CU DS Teams, Bid office and Service Delivery Units.

You will

  • Define the Sales funnel for the opportunities of the domain based on market demand and the consolidated account plans
  • Drive Orchestratio, Analytics, Assurance and Network Management Journey and Lead the Engagements and Presales Opportunities across the whole MA
  • Define the engagement strategy for each opportunity in alignment with the domain strategy and contribute to the decision on the different SDPs and TGs
  • Ensure the right and optimized solution scoping, services cost, scope of work, time plan and risk assessment of each engagement. Accordingly, provide the domain stamp and directive for Go/No-Go in TG1.
  • Ensure adherence to the DGS domain Golden Rules and ISDM process.
  • Ensure Full adherence and alignment with the presales best practices
  • Handling of 3PP offering, ensuring the right price levels through direct involvement with the sourcing organization and the business area.
  • Assignment the right expertise during Presales (Core2) in complete alignment with PMO domain and CU stakeholders
  • Propose the right delivery Model ensuring proper and optimized execution and levering on expertise and synergies of the local, MA and Global talents.
  • Support the sales force of KAMs and AM with Value argumentations, sales tactics and business intelligence for the different offerings within the domain
  • Build Portfolio awareness in the Market Area through continuous Knowledge sharing sessions and direct communication
  • Share latest portfolio updates through Digital Services Newsletter and Flash highlights
  • Build domain-related Presales Content and competitive intelligence to support the MMEA Sales community
  • Develop OSS automation and drive its adoption across the MA, and this includes and not limited to onboarding projects to Rosetta, automated Upgrade using Rosetta, Automatic acceptance testing, CI/CD, Automate design and integration, etc.
  • Prepare presales assets and promote the adoption of the global assets developed by the respective Solution area. Report MA needs on specific assets development.
  • Drive the growth by identifying new leads, opportunities and add on sales
  • Represent the Market Area for monthly governance with the domain’s solution area to update on the MA funnel, ongoing projects, domain financials, risks, and key asks from the business area.
  • Address the Market Area challenges in the domain towards the global Solution Area and work closely with them to find the solutions of these requirements.
  • Center point of escalations for domain related product requirements, new functionalities and roadmap requirements.
  • Set the strategy and focus areas of the domain to ensure the domain’s business growth in the Market Area
  • Drive Strategic and Growth/Sales Push Programs and Define measurable KPIs to track the progress of the programs
  • Define a detailed action plan per Customer unit in the Market area to execute on the domain strategy
  • Drive the engagements as per the action plan with the customer to meet the targets of the program
  • Define the budget required for running the program, including workshops, demos and required trials to achieve the Domain’s Program Target.
  • Onboard the right staff and support from the BA when required to ensure execution of the planned actions in the program

To be successful in the role you must have

  • University degree in Engineering/ICT, Higher university such as an MBA considered a merit
  • Lead senior Team of Solution Architects and Domain Sales Managers
  • Strong personal track record, including Leadership roles and minimum 10-15 years of Experience in sales, Presales and delivery
  • Strong track record in engaging with C-level at customers
  • Strong track record working in presales ofNetwork Management ( OSS-RC, ENM, ENIQ), Ericsson Orchestration Suite (EVNFM, NFVo and Service Orchestration), Assurance (CENX), Analytics, Provisioning, and LBS.
  • Strong technical competences around OSS portfolio.
