We are currently seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join our team in New York, New York (US-NY), United States (US).

This Consulting Solution Architect role will have the responsibility to translate client’s business requirements into specific process designs, project and organization structure as well as technology implications for custom solutions meeting business and technical requirements. This resource will work with both Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) clients and internal FSI sales and client leaders to analyze requirements from an Industry domain point of view and design integrated innovative solutions to meet their objectives. The role will also focus on balancing the needs of sales while supporting delivery to design a solution that can be successfully implemented. Direct support of solution delivery will also be an element of this role.

o Contributes to the FSI sales pursuit strategy and driving the sales cycle together with the FSI sales and client leaders

o Leads the design of multiple service areas or technologies within a broader services solution

o Participates or leads in client presentations at the senior management level or higher

o Leads a team of vertical capability solution architects in the design of complex services solutions

o Creates solution design assets for internal use to accelerate sales cycles and positively impact solutions quality

o Leads negotiations with engagement partners and team members (vendors, subcontractors, customers, NTT DATA Services internal stakeholders) to define project goals and strategies for attaining them

o Anticipates potential problems associated with the solution being developed. Develops & leads execution of the technical risk management plan for the solution to be implemented.

o Assesses business and technical impact of solutions, partnering with horizontal practices where appropriate.

o Leads the implementation of solution or provides expert guidance to the solution implementation team.
