Location: Newtown Square, PA

Purpose and Objective: SAP America, Inc. seeks a Business Support Specialist at our office location in Newtown Square, PA responsible to develop analytic solutions according to business and performance constraints.

Expectations and Tasks: Define best practice architecture and design HANA and BW models. Understand the demand of customers and translate into technology. Support the local SCRUM team with strong development and software engineering skills. Act as an innovator by exploring new ways of solving SAP business problems. 10% travel required.

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field of study and 5 years of experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and 3 years of experience.

Work Experience: Experience must involve 3 years in the following: Relational Database design and development using SQL (SAP HANA, Oracle); Data Modelling, Extract Transformation and Loading (ETL), Integrated Planning, and Operation and Maintenance of SAP Business Warehousing (BW) application and SAP HANA; SAP BW Debugging, Performance Analysis and Tuning; Data warehousing architecture skills like Layered Scalable Architecture (LSA) approach in SAP BW; SAP ABAP Development of Data dictionary objects, BW Extractors, Customer Exits, BW Transformations and BW Integrated Planning Functions; Data Visualization and Reporting using SAP analytics Cloud, SAP Business Explorer, SAP Web Application Designer, SAP Business Objects Suite (WebI, Design Studio, and Xcelsius) and Qliktech Qlikview; Web Development using Javascript, HTML, CSS, SAP UI5 framework, and SAP Fiori; Enterprise Application Development using Java EE; and fundamentals of SAP ERP modules like FICO, MM and SD. 10% travel required.
