We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Analyst - Japanese Speaking to join our team in Cyberjaya, Selangor (MY-10), Malaysia (MY).
Computer science Diploma or any Diploma with relevant 3+ years’ experience
Job Experience
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment.
• Solid customer interaction skills.
• A+ desktop or equivalent skill set is required; additional certifications for various hardware platforms may be required.
•Support Time: 7am- 7pm Japan time, following Japanese calendar, No weekend support
•SLA - resolution regarded only
•Case volume forecast – 2,240
•Average handle time - 35 minutes
•Incident Time to Respond – four different priority levels P1~4 specifies 35 minutes till 8 business days
•Must be able to converse, read & write in Japanese & English
