In your role, you will:
- Lead the Aviation Make/Buy strategy
- Build financial models to price our fabrication operations
- Work closely with product development team in future AC programs and innovation
- Evaluate the current supply chain to update our insourcing strategy
- Support the aftermarket organization in supplying critical component for in service aircraft
- Develop a strategy to bring in outside fabrication business
- Recruit and lead a team of 5-8 people
- Build project teams with involvement of several function
- Present recommendation to company executives to drive decisions
Qualifications
As our ideal candidate,
-
You have a minimum of five
(5) years experience in Bombardier Aviation and/or other aerospace company

You hold a University
Degree in Management or Engineering

You have experience leading
project with multidisciplinary team

You have experience in
the following functions:

Supply Chain
-
Finance
-
Industrialization
-
Operation
-
Methods
-
You have strong oral and
written communication and interpersonal skills

The management level of
the position will be defined based on the profile of applicants and its scope
can be adjusted accordingly
