Job Description
The Position
- Prepare Printed Factsheets, Digital Factsheets, in multiple languages for both asset managers and administrators.
- Review and validate document content in accordance with procedures.
- Manage the document approval process.
- Manage requests from clients and external stakeholders.
- Engage with clients and help manage relationships.
- Ensure all client deliverables are of the highest quality while meeting client requirements and deadlines.
- Suggest and implement new controls and process improvements.
- Support strong governance and control framework.
- Attend and contribute at client calls and daily team stand-up meetings.
Qualifications
The Person
- High attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge and extensive experience of Microsoft Office software (preferable).
- Analytical problem solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines and concentrate on detailed information in a fast-paced demanding work environment.
