OMC Patient Services Representative, Downtown Bellevue UC, Per Diem

Job Description

Overlake Clinics, LLC (OC) is currently seeking a Per Diem Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our Bellevue Urgent Care Clinic . Primary responsibilities include patient registration, scheduling appointments, answering phones, distribution of records through the EMR system and executing duties in a manner that provides excellent customer service for the patient experience
Urgent Care hours are Monday through Saturday 12:00pm - 10:00pm. May pick up shifts in Primary Care too.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of clerical experience in a medical facility preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Experience with EMR applications, EPIC preferred.
