Palliative Care and Pastoral Care Manager

Leads the growth and development of comprehensive, high quality palliative care and pastoral care programs. Responsible for the development of all aspects of both programs and for driving growth in volumes and outreach. Leads multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement protocols, policies, procedures, cost effectiveness measures, marketing and outreach efforts. Responsible for education and support classes and/or groups, quality outcomes tracking and reporting. This position also includes clinical oversight, clinical supervision and direct service delivery as needed to patients and families.
Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Master’s Degree in a healthcare profession, preferable Social Work or Nursing.
Experience: Minimum of three years clinical healthcare experience, with working knowledge of palliative care philosophy. Previous management/leadership experience preferred.
Professional Licensure/Certification/Registration: Candidate must possess one of the following licenses from the state of Washington: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Advanced Social Worker (LASW), or Registered Nurse.
