Your Role and Responsibilities
Objective of the job:
The Business Support Operations Specialists have responsibility for maintaining a good relationship with external and internal clients and business partners. The position is in the Client Financing organization in our DACH Begin of Lease team.
Our teams use dedicated financing systems and processes in the support of varied operational and administrative responsibilities in the complete end-to-end cycle of a financing contract
Extended support availability during the month and quarter closings is required and compensated in this position
In this role you will mainly:

• Create and validate contracts (no legal expertise needed) and register data in systems
• Be in daily contact with Suppliers, Clients and other stakeholders via phone and email (contact is 90% of the time initiated by you)
• Initiate Supplier invoice payments
• Be responsible for disbursement, billing, asset management, dispute handling, etc.
• Perform special Client and Sales requests

Your most important stakeholders will be:

• Customers and Suppliers in the DACH region
• Colleagues in Sales and Business Support Operations teams in the DACH region
• Colleagues in Pricing, Credit, Accounting, Legal and other teams locally and/or globally

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Full professional proficiency in German (written and spoken)
• Fluent English
• High level of accuracy with good attention to details
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• High level of proactiveness and ability to take ownership

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Economics or Finance background is an advantage
