About The Role

As a contract Recruiter, you’ll help build our organization by managing and supporting full-cycle recruiting for all non-engineering departments including, but not limited to, Marketing, Sales, Business Operations, Legal, Finance, and more.

You'll be charged with finding unique candidates who bring an entrepreneurial spirit, a sense of scrappiness and a diversity of thought to all that they do. You are driven, eager and able to use your creative skills to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You're also comfortable with numbers and can draw insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter, friendlier and more efficient.

Responsibilities

  • Full-lifecycle recruiting including planning, resume screening, sourcing, skills assessments, recruiter interviews, interview coordination, offer proposals, negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and teams, and partner with them to understand their needs
  • Keep candidates continually informed with high-touch communication throughout the entire hiring process
  • Solve problems and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data, identifying alternatives when circumstances change and seeking out additional responsibilities
  • Identify creative sourcing techniques that yield strong results

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years recruiting experience, in the areas of sales and/or marketing, or in an agency setting required
  • Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors
  • Familiarity with the sales and technology markets
  • Experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle
  • Expert knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
  • A track record of demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
  • Strong understanding of sales language, compensation, techniques and methodologies
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and succeed in an environment with competing demand
  • Experience recruiting for a growing technology company in the sales division strongly preferred
