What You will Do

The Cisco Trust and Transformation Office (TTO) is seeking a team player to contribute to a talented team focused on driving program operations management. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for general program operations management, escalation support, and metrics & analytics delivery for TTO Customer Information Clearinghouse (CIC) team. In addition, you will also contribute to driving product security improvements, building customer trust as well as driving transformational change within Cisco’s Security Organization. You will be working closely with different product security and information security teams to help reduce sales friction and enable Cisco’s effectiveness at winning new business and retaining current customers.

• Compile program updates for quarterly business reviews
• Manage team projects aligned to FY21 initiatives
• Develop program level governance, team case and trend metrics on both quarterly and “as-needed” basis
• Lead escalation management for customer and sales requests
• Curate team metrics and analytics dashboard with the latest performance data and trends
• Design and implement training programs for Sales to help answer proactively customer inquiries
• Govern offer team support compliance to ensure CIC business consistency
• Identify gaps and trends in current response model strategy and propose new ideas and secure support from internal stakeholders to execute improvements
• Report on customer trends and identify new areas within security for creation of collateral
• Align with Marketing, product security, sales and other teams to drive creation of security collateral based on customer need
• Track audit remediations, requirements, timelines, calendars, stakeholders
• Work closely with product, regulatory, privacy, security, engineering, operations, sales, marketing to initiate and implement compliance initiatives
• Develop program level governance, risk & compliance audit measurements and metrics

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT Operations, Engineering, Security or related field or equivalent work experience
• 2-5 years of experience within information security risk, governance or compliance, preferably in the SaaS or cloud security space or as an RFP manager for customer inquiries on information security
• Extensive experience in the creation and curation of strategic value metrics to drive business direction and future investment including use of tools like Tableau.
• Strong project management skills, experience in driving multiple stakeholders and departments involved
• Experience using help desk tool and industry CRMs (e.g. Salesforce)
• Ability to collaborate with both customers and partners to remediate escalation concerns
• Self-starter, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous engagements, and outstanding attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience with written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision; ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving business

Desirable Experience:

• Extensive knowledge industry security frameworks to include ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2, HIPAA, HITRUST, FedRAMP, SOX, PCI, etc
• Prior experience managing and curating data and working with GRC solutions and content management solutions
• Security and other related certifications such as PMP, CISA, CISSP, etc.
