Palo Alto Networks Worldwide Sales Operations is looking for an experienced Sales Compensation expert to manage the WW Sales Commissions Administration team. The ideal candidate will have an established background in Sales Compensation, Sales Compensation Systems, and accounting for commissions. The position will be responsible for the management of a team of professionals dedicated to the accurate and timely determination and payment of commissions. Additionally this role is responsible for plan set-up, validation, and customer support to incentive based employees.Qualifications:
5+ years experience in Sales Compensation and/or related accounting roles.Experience with Sales Compensation system design and operations with Callidus experience a must.Strong attention to detail.Ability to communicate cross functionally at multiple levels in the organization, including Finance, IT, Operations, and Sales.Strong problem solving skills with an attention to process efficiencies.
