The role

This role is responsible for managing and coordinating People Experience EMEA-wide projects and partnering globally to deliver projects ensuring alignment and effective implementation.

Owning operating rhythms across the team, this exciting role will build and lead meeting agendas, coordinate business reviews and contribute to presentations.

As HR Project Manager, this opportunity will lead continuous improvement efforts, including process standardisation, optimisation and transformation.

• Collaborate closely with the HRIS team on desired priorities, status, acquiring team support for building and testing new functionality
• Communication and collaboration with a range of partners
• Share status updates to the management team
• Support project leads with status updates, assist with questions and provide guidance
• Collaborate with team members regarding ideas and improvements
• Liaise with and share best practices with other regional centres and the broader global HR organisation
• Build and leverage positive relationships across the People Team globally

Job Requirements:

A self starter, you will have 4+ years of project management and related experience in a global role. Experience managing projects or programmes (business requirements gathering, time management, budget management, delivery of communication and change) is required.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred plus a strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Excellent organisational skills to handle resources, to ensure deadlines are met, budget is maintained is key plus strong communication, verbal, written and presentation skills .

A consistent record if solving problems creatively and a strong ability to make decisions under pressure and use initiative is a must. A strategic thinker who can run multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment being able to simplify sophisticated, ambiguous processes/problems.
