Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to help plan and implement our marketing and advertising activities across APAC and Japan. For this role, we are looking for a proactive individual with an understanding of the marketing mix and a passion for technology. You will work across a wide variety of marketing activities from digital communications to virtual events, and much more. In this role you will help us achieve our business goals through building a strong foundation for the marketing function across the region. This is a 6-month fixed contract with the possibility of a permanent full-time role.

Responsibilities

  • Work with teams across the region to facilitate the distribution of all digital communications including customer newsletters program and product update emails
  • Take ownership of the launch of the Japanese version of the new Magnite website including the translation of content from English to Japanese
  • Assist with the coordination of Magnite hosted webinars
  • Assist in localizing and optimising all product one-pagers, decks and other sales materials as required
  • Maintain the regional marketing activity calendar
  • Manage and coordinate the distribution of client swag across the region
  • Manage and maintain client contact lists in Salesforce
  • Work with digital marketing to manage invitee list in Salesforce, create landing pages and emails
  • Monitor competitor marketing activities
  • Process all marketing-related invoices

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience of professional working experience
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is desired
  • Proactive nature with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Highly creative with experience devising campaigns and activity that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Good understanding of marketing principles
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, marketing tools including Salesforce & marketing automation
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Knowledge of the advertising technology industry a plus
  • Fluency in Japanese is a plus
