Job Summary LOCATION: Minnesota DESIGNATION: GROUP PROJECT MANAGER QUALIFICATION: PowerObjects, an HCL Technologies Company is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Talent Development Trainer to join
our award-winning and growing team. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Talent Development Trainer role is responsible
for developing professional skills related to PowerObjects core focus--selling and consulting for CRM for Dynamics
365. This role participates in the management of PowerObjects University (PowerU), the primary delivery
mechanism for orientation and ongoing education of employees. This role also develops training programs,
oversees program schedules, and provides training and mentoring to the program participants.
Responsibilities include:
 Maintain an up-to-date understanding of common processes, issues, and technology related to operation of a
delivery, sales, marketing, and service teams at PowerObjects
 Maintain expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies
 Maintain knowledge of PowerObjects proven process framework and ongoing delivery consultant training
initiatives
 PowerObjects University
 Maintain effectiveness of courses and degree programs, including: course requirements & objectives,
courses duration and timeframe for completion, and create effective evaluation methods (e.g. surveys,
quizzes, etc.)
 Develop and/or work with SMEs to create new learning content
 Maintain quality of course content
 Collaborate in oversight of PowerObjects knowledge sharing tools (e.g. Learning Management Systems,
Office 365 Group Sites, OneNote, Yammer)
 Training Programs
 New Technology Ramp-Up
 Work closely with PowerObjects team leads and SMEs to create learning paths for new Dynamics
365 related technologies and domain areas
 Champion Dynamics 365 new release learning
 Research and develop new learning paths and programs to fill expertise gaps as they're
identified
 Coordination with assigned CoEs and SMEs to ensure alignment of messaging and priorities
 Develop and manage relationships with education and training contacts among our
technology partners
 Maintain learning paths in the LMS to keep up with enhancements and changes over time
 Coordinate delivery of CRM Readiness resources to the organization for new CRM releases
 Consultants in Training (and variations, like Developers in Training)
 Work closely with the Talent Orientation Manger and Delivery leaders as assigned to identify
qualities of a successful consultant and ensure needed skills are included in the program(s)
 Work with Talent Acquisition team to define job descriptions and set expectations for the
program
 Work with Talent Acquisition to identify candidates for the program and conduct interviews
 Teach classes related to both CRM and the consulting skills necessary to successfully deliver
projects leveraging PowerObjects’ Proven Process framework

 Develop and deliver education content for programs, including presentations and written
resources to support the education of consultants
 Coach and mentor program participants
 Develop new resources, instructor led, and self-paced courses to incorporate into the training
program
 Provide weekly status updates of program participant’s progress
An additional area of responsibility will be to contribute to the team and transfer knowledge:
 Participate in weekly team meetings by actively listening to issues and contributing ideas
 Distribute information on the latest Dynamics 365 enhancement news to the team members
 Teach internal PowerU classes, as needed by the team
 Write blogs on the latest features and discoveries as assigned
Minimum Educational Requirements:
 Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
 Current Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (within 3 months of employment)

 Seasoned CRM consultant
 Creative and visionary
 Excellent organization and written communication skills
 Very detail oriented
 Great presenter
 Ability to connect with people and act as advisor
 SSIS, SSRS, Scribe, and/or Kingswaysoft knowledge a strong plus
Technical Skillsets
 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, OneNote, Word, Excel, Outlook)
