Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 9 years of experience in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Human Resources, or people strategy.
  • 3 years of experience in a client services/consulting role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business or HR-related program.
  • Experience with change management.
  • Ability to navigate complex business models.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

As a Diversity Business Partner, you will operate as a trusted advisor embedded deeply in the business, and consult on the needs of the organization and design relevant solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to provide thought leadership, manage the business relationship, and set and execute on initiatives to help the business make progress to diversity and inclusion goals. You will be the face of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team to the business, cascading DEI products and services to the business and identifying partner's unique needs to effectively customize.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and operationalize diversity and inclusion plans that enable clients and businesses to progress on goals. Lead execution of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusiveness strategy for designated client portfolio.
  • Partner and build strong relationships with cross functional teams to understand business priorities and needs; Provide subject matter expertise through consulting and use evidence-based best practices to drive results.
  • Support executive communications on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusiveness topics. Act as diversity leader for assigned business or region.
  • Organize and lead program managers within the business to help execute strategy and tactics and advise Diversity Council/working group.
  • Access and analyze data to help identify trends, insights and gaps to inform strategy as well as relevant programming and interventions.
