Join SADA as a Technical Recruiter!Your Mission As a
Technical Recruiter at SADA, you’ll be a critical member of the Talent Acquisition team contributing to the growth of our Google practice. You'll have high visibility in our company and work on solving complex hiring issues with a seat at the table with senior leadership daily. This position offers total ownership of your day-to-day and room for upward mobility. As an ideal candidate, you are passionate about recruiting and possess strong sourcing skills and can quickly bring in the best-qualified candidates. You’ll be working in a very collaborative and fast-paced environment, so agency or start-up experience is preferred. What you’ll be doing:
- Post new requisitions on internal and external sites
- Actively source for all open positions (main focus on technical positions)
- Review submitted resumes and select qualified candidates
- Conduct pre screen interviews and qualify independently
- Work very closely with hiring managers through full lifecycle
- Attend job fairs and meetups as necessary to find qualified candidates
- Follow company recruiting process to fill open positions

Your success starts by positively impacting the direction of a fast-growing practice with vision and passion. You will be measured quarterly by the breadth, magnitude, and quality of your contributions, your ability to estimate accurately, and how well you collaborate with your peers.As you continue to execute successfully, we will build a customized development plan together that leads you through the individual contributor or management growth tracks.
ExpectationsTraining - Ongoing with first-week orientation at HQ followed by a 90-day onboarding schedule. Details of the timeline can be shared.
Job Requirements
Required Credentials:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience with 2 years of sourcing and recruitment
- Experience hiring developers, engineers, technical architects or tech sales
- A successful track record in IT recruiting - (measured by hires per month)
- Prior experience using Greenhouse, or a similar ATS system
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Ability to negotiate salary with candidates
- Process oriented
- Thrive under pressure (easily work on 13 positions at a time)
- Ability to work independently and must be proactive
Useful Qualifications:
- Agency experience
- Human Resource
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure
