Team Description

Our Sales & Channel team shares Dropbox Business with enterprises around the world and helps them understand the power Dropbox offers to teams at scale. We’re a collaborative and empathetic sales team, focused on understanding what businesses need to work better together.

Role Description

As an SMB Account Executive (Emerging Business), you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting the future of HelloSign for our customers. You’ll join a talented team striving for one thing: using technology to simplify people’s lives. To do this, we’re looking for smart, high-reaching people who are passionate about revolutionizing the way people work. This role will be part of Dropbox Global Sales and Channel team (HelloSign line of business), and targets HelloSign’s SMB customers (<250 employees). The roles is based in AMER (San Francisco, Austin, NYC, or Toronto).

Responsibilities

    • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with Dropbox and HelloSign’s clients and executives to serve as a trusted advisor
    • Present the value of HelloSign and our services to C-level executives
    • Evangelize the HelloSign vision through product demonstrations, field marketing events, and account-specific initiatives
    • Construct, forecast, and manage your sales activity and pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
    • Drive revenue by identifying and closing a list of named accounts
    • Develop and scale out a territory-specific strategy

Requirements

    • Proven track record of overachieving sales quota in past positions
    • Experience managing and closing inbound driven sales cycles
    • Outstanding teammate who thrives in an ambitious and collaborative environment
    • 1-3 years experience in SaaS sales
    • Outbound sales experience a plus
    • Previous training and experience with sales methodology
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills required
    • BA/BS degree preferred
