Job Description

Infoblox has an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Presales System Engineering - SAARC to join our APJ presales team in New Delhi. This will be a hybrid role by leading India presales team to partner with territory account sales team for team quota, own opportunity qualification, solution design, product demonstrations and technical presentations.

You will have a measurable track record in building and managing high performing organizations and play a key role driving a significant share of revenue for Infoblox. This person reports to the Director, Presales System Engineering APJ.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage presales teams and work closely with sales and professional services
  • Help deliver aggressive license, subscription and security revenue targets
  • Drive customer success and help expand deployments and use cases
  • Work with sales and partners for maximum effectiveness
  • Leverage in-house talent as well as grow and enable partner resources
  • Player/coach, hands-on with the team, understand and demonstrate Infoblox technically to all levels of the enterprise
  • Work closely with sales team in account planning, strategy and sales calls
  • Hire the right team to match our growth
  • Work within Infoblox sales methodology and processes effectively
  • Maintain opportunities pipeline, perform load balancing, ensure SEs follow the established process
  • Understand how to leverage both international and regional colleagues to expand deal size and value to the customer
  • Good corporate citizen – two-way flow of relevant and timely information; work as a team for the most efficient use and deployment of resources
  • Provide timely and insightful input back to other corporate functions, particularly product management and marketing

Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience in technical sales or presales in regional level preferably
  • Must have presales team management and leadership experience
  • Presales experience with enterprise and service provider customers
  • Strong knowledge of cloud, virtualization, SD-WAN, network security, threat intelligence solutions and landscape
  • Good understanding of TCP IP stack and networking principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Engaged, positive attitude, ability to prioritize in demanding environment
  • Create solutions that creatively address customer value chain and business requirement
  • Must be comfortable working in a start-up environment where rolling up your sleeves is required and having the get it done attitude

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering
