We are looking for a People Operations Manager to help us build and scale our global HR programs, policies and practices in an efficient way and guide the strategic direction for the People Operation function at Reddit. This role will lead a small but mighty team dedicated to out of the box thinking and driving operational initiatives that will improve the effectiveness of the People team and our employees’ experience . They will work closely with HR, Recruiting, Experience, Compensation + Benefits, Learning & Development, Finance and Accounting, and IT/Systems to help identify opportunities to drive people and business process improvements and help build scalable, long term solutions. Key Focuses and Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy and execution for People Operations at Reddit
  • Manage Reddit’s People Tools and Systems end to end with a UX centric focus
  • Own the operations of our People Programs, including Performance Management Initiatives and company-wide Engagement Surveys
  • Help lead the headcount planning process across the organization
  • Oversee compliance in partnership with Legal Counsel and Director of HR
  • Manage our People Intranet to ensure all employee have access to the relevant information they need
  • Lead a small but mighty People Operations team
  • Partner closely with the Director of HR, Human Resource Business Partners and People Leaders at all levels, to understand where we can operationalize our programs and process to work more efficiently

What We Can Expect From You:

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR or People Operations
  • At least 2 years of people management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work with global or remote teams
  • Strong operational thinker, with a knack for solving problems and building solutions
  • A team player with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
  • The ability to drive projects from inception to implementation, including developing project plans and timelines, and coordinating internal and external resources to meet project requirements
  • The ability to leverage data to help drive informed decision making
  • High level of business acumen; you understand the business on a deep level and the interdependencies of various teams and processes
  • Proactive and curious by nature. You are creative and enjoy taking unique approaches to solving problems
  • Ability to navigate confidential information with professional maturity
