We are looking for a People Operations Manager to help us build and scale our global HR programs, policies and practices in an efficient way and guide the strategic direction for the People Operation function at Reddit. This role will lead a small but mighty team dedicated to out of the box thinking and driving operational initiatives that will improve the effectiveness of the People team and our employees’ experience . They will work closely with HR, Recruiting, Experience, Compensation + Benefits, Learning & Development, Finance and Accounting, and IT/Systems to help identify opportunities to drive people and business process improvements and help build scalable, long term solutions.
