Job Description:
Software Developer will work on projects intended for various optimization issues of automatic orthodontic treatment planning. Our R&D branch needs a Software Developer who would like to participate in existing research campaigns as well who is able to develop and proof own innovative ideas. Final results will define smile of millions of Align patients.
Team is focused on development of automated solutions for treatment planning, which includes computation engine for ideal smile, text analysis engine designed for free text processing, which purpose is transforming doctors’ requests to software logic.
Responsibilities:
· C++, Python development
· Full project life cycle development: starting from idea to proof of concept and production release
· Looking for and research new methods to use perspective technologies (machine learning etc.) in current business processes
· Requirements clarification
Requirements:
· Strong C++ skills (including latest standards)
· 2+ years of C++ commercial development in a high-tech company

• Experience in programming with Python
• Good knowledge of basic data structures and algorithms
• Good math skills especially in optimization methods, statistics
• At least intermediate English level

Nice to have/Optional

• Basic knowledge and experience in Machine Learning technologies especially in NLP
• Having papers presented at conferences in machine learning research are preferred
• Good verbal and written communication abilities in English
