Physical Damage Claims Director

Job Description

Claims Home Office is looking for a dynamic leader to drive our digital efforts in Auto Damage claims! This person will be responsible for a portfolio of projects focused on the modernization of AD Claims processes, and will work cooperatively between their team of analysts and black belts, and GEICO IT, in order to move process reviews quickly and with high quality/adoption.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years management experience
• Experience leading process reviews
• Physical damage experience preferred
• Six Sigma Greenbelt or Blackbelt certification preferred
• Must be able to travel at least 30%
