Title: Digital Marketing Manager Location: Minnetonka, MN Department: Marketing Trimble Transportation is seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager who is passionate about inbound marketing, ABM, digital strategy, web strategy, and SEO. In this role, you will focus on building a results-driven, integrated, multi-channel, digital strategy that achieves demand generation goals. The Digital Marketing Manager will be a part of the Trimble Transportation Demand Generation Marketing team, reporting to the Manager, Demand Generation. As a highly motivated individual, you will be responsible for managing and growing high-value traffic to transportation.trimble.com by improving conversion rates, and continuously identifying new opportunities to grow our web-generated pipeline. The ideal candidate has a track record of success developing inbound programs, has experience in account-based marketing, and has a strong understanding of how to execute digital marketing tactics (paid and organic) to drive conversions and improve marketing influenced revenue. A cross-functional role, you will be responsible for ensuring consistency and quality across our external web properties and improving lead gen and opportunity pipeline from website content, organic search, paid search, display and paid social channels. Responsibilities ● Lead strategy, development, and ongoing management and optimization of Trimble Transportation web properties to ensure SEO, funnel, UX, and conversion best practices. ● Utilize strong project management skills and coordinate all web-based deliverables and programs, including a review of web content or lead-gen programs with key stakeholders. ● Plan and execute marketing programs for ABM at scale, working closely with Demand Gen, Content, Sales Enablement, and BDR teams ● Track, analyze, and report performance and KPIs of SEM initiatives and campaigns. ● Drive organic SEO strategy across onsite content, backlinks, and utilize in-depth experience with SEO best practices to improve the visibility of transportation.trimble.com. ● Work with our content team to incorporate SEO into content strategy. ● Manage external SEM agency and paid advertising strategy; responsible for driving results through paid search, display PPC, and paid social campaigns. ● Develop and optimize lead acquisition strategy, including management of third-party lead generation and cost-per-lead programs. ● Responsible for managing and optimizing web and digital advertising technologies and platforms such as Drift, Terminus, and Uberflip. ● Manage external agencies and collaborate with key stakeholders on annual and quarterly planning of advertising investment. Preferred Qualifications ● 5+ years digital marketing experience ● Passionate about B2B lead gen, digital advertising, and website strategy ● Strong understanding of inbound marketing, paid media, SEO, website design and management, web personalization, site usability, testing and analytics ● Strong track record in performance analytics and making data-driven decisions to continually optimize and drive the customer acquisition funnel. ● Experience developing digital marketing strategies and acquiring new leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and promoting lead generation content ● Knowledge of search engine optimization practices and up-to-date with the latest keyword research techniques, search engine algorithm updates, competitive landscape and the behaviors of search engines ● Experience with SEM tools such as Google Adwords, Bing, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Optimizely, SEMrush/Moz and HotJar as well as advertising platforms including DSPs, Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Programmatic platforms, and Quora ● Preferred experience working within Drupal content management system (CMS) ● Excellent project management, organization and communication skills and demonstrated ability to work concurrently on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines on a regular basis ● Experience working with cross-functional teams of product managers, marketing managers, sales, legal and executive management ● Affinity for data, analysis and measurement and ability to articulate data-driven rationale ● Work effectively and efficiently independently and in a team setting ● Bonus: experience with Marketo, Unbounce, Uberflip, Drift, Terminus, Adobe Creative Suite, and knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML Our Company Trimble is transforming the way the world works by delivering products and services that connect the physical and digital worlds.
