Job Description

THIS IS WHAT YOU’LL DO: Manage system test requirements, enhancements and changes. Working closely with leads and managers in the team to develop schedules and tracking to milestones. Lead bug scrub meetings with the team and represent system test cross-functionally. Interface with TPMs in multiple groups and be an enabler for system test in agile development methodology. Interface with finance for budgetary needs of the team. Understand business goals and objectives as they relate to customer use cases and solutions. Able to resolve complex problems, drive for results, innovate, think and lead strategically. Advocate to keep information organized on tools like confluence, JIRA dashboards, Zephyr. Data driven approach in providing detailed status reports to the team and executives . THIS IS WHAT YOU’LL NEED: BS or MS in Electrical, Computer, Telecommunications, Systems Engineering 5 years of experience working in Technology, Automotive or Consumer Electronics industry, especially on test/validation teams. Highly skilled at breaking down complex Engineering Projects and creating work streams. Minimum 3 years of experience as Technical Program or Project Manager Strong Cross-functional collaboration, strong interpersonal skills and adaptive communication style. THIS IS WHERE YOU’LL WORK: Department: Connected Car and Digital Experience System Test Location: San Jose, Palo Alto As a key member of the Connected Car and Digital Experience System Test organization, the Technical Program Manager will be responsible for assisting the team in managing test deliverables for multiple Vehicle programs at various stages throughout the product lifecycle. Will interface with technical program managers from development, system integration, vehicle test, functional safety and other teams to provide streamlined view on scope, schedule, testing progress of the system test group. Act as an advocate to minimize and mitigate risks and issues. Understand system test metrics, to be able to frame situations and make/drive decisions.
