Parsley will evolve into a deeper software-driven experience and company, maintaining our first-class user experiences and outcomes. This role will help lead our transition into that scalable telehealth product future. This role sits on the company’s leadership team and oversees the Product Management and Product Design teams. You are responsible for helping set a product vision and strategy and leading the team to grow our scalable future while supporting our current business. You

• You drive product vision, strategy, objectives, goals, and roadmap
• You hire, manage, engage, and grow a successful team of about six product and design team members
• Communicate out product strategy, roadmaps, releases, and results effectively
• Partner with your engineering and design leaders to ensure strong product operations
• Collaborate closely with clinical operations teams to ensure the company’s digital and clinical sides stay in tight alignment as we evolve our offerings
• Through direction, people, process, and collaboration deliver strong business-driving outcomes
• Partner and amplify energy across the organization as a key initiative leverage point
  

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years as a manager of PMs
• MBA is ideal, but not a must-have
• Drive and a proven track record for urgency and action
• History of followership and strong people development
• Experience with “modern” collaborative, strategic product management
• Track record of strong execution and business outcomes in both innovation and iteration phases
• Healthcare experience is a bonus
• Strong grasp of data science and the ability to lead company thinking, including the use of data and user research in guiding product and business decisions
• Experience in venture-backed growth stage startups preferred.
