What we're looking for:

  • We are seeking a revenue driven and pipeline creation focused Head of Channel France with a demonstrable track-record of developing and scaling a channel business ecosystem. This is a great opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth and Cloud transformation of CITRIX . Reporting to the Head of Channel WESO (France Italy Spain Benelux) , you will be tasked with the Citrix cloud transformation to improve engagement models and accelerate growth opportunities with GSIs, VARs & VAD, CSPs, MSPs,
    You will in your Role and Mission:

    • Analyze territory data using in-depth knowledge of Channel objectives
    • Implement strategic policies to select methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
    • Implement strategic policies and direction to partnership business planning to achieve set objectives
    • Develop C-level relationships with partners in the region.
    • Interact with Senior Sales Leadership and executives in meetings representing Channel Sales to manage cross functional business objectives and territory partners
    • Champion rules of engagement with sales to ensure partner, Citrix & customer success
    • Manage insight into named partners’ business and technical service capability, financial results, and investment in selling Citrix products and services
    • Be responsible for the professional development of the Channel Team members
    • Represent and present at partner events in territory
    • Maximize ROI from marketing activities planned by the team.
    • Recruit, onboard and develop committed, capable and scalable workspace, networking, cloud channel partners to generate incremental business with existing Enterprise accounts and new customers.
    • Maintain excellent relationships with key personnel in all partners by building a strong team of stakeholders that build offerings based on Citrix value proposition, and deliver on revenue expectations based on sound funnel management

    Your Profile

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of partner ecosystem models (inc ISV, SP, Services & Resell) in the commercial and enterprise segments.
  • Track record of leading a channel team with consistent quota attainment & over achievement.
  • Ability to develop and execute Globally aligned, regionally informed strategies.
  • Align & leverage global initiatives & programs (eg; Deal Registration, Partner Success Center, Partner Concierge, Partner Points Dashboard)
  • Track record of strategic partner development
  • governance via QBR process, reporting and KPI measuremen

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in working with Partners from a Partner Management, Partner Sales or regional Partner Go-to-Market perspective in Enterprise Software and/or Cloud Services (including Enterprise SaaS) driving partner revenue & accelerated growth with & through partners in collaboration with field sales.
  • High level of communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in English and French languages.
  • Diligent at measuring and communicating progress to achieve targeted business results, identifying obstacles and associated remediation plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree a requirement. MBA and/or Technical undergraduate degree a strong plus.
