What will your responsibilities:
The Renewals Representative is responsible for both managing and administrating high volume transactional renewals across Accruent’s customer portfolio. You will be tracking the contract status, coordinating contract renewals, implementing automated streamline renewals processes, creating business analyses and offer negotiation support. Your goal is to maintain smooth and timely contract processing, ensure data integrity, and assist in establishing consistent, responsive and flexible oversight of the renewal business.
The purpose is to drive high retention rates across renewals and improve renewal terms such as uplift, extended contract duration, marketing rights, and other levers strategic to our business growth.
In this role you will be required to work with cross-functional departments such as sales, customer success, professional services, operations and marketing to ensure alignment and to drive increased customer success and adoption.

This position reports directly to the Global Director of Renewals and will be located in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands.

How you'll make a difference:

• Work closely with the cross-functional teams through the entire renewal life cycle to develop comprehensive 'win' strategies
• Provide renewal schedules to customers
• Tracking and oversight through the entire renewal cycle
• Own, drive and manage the creation of customer-specific new and existing renewal pricing contracts
• Analyze contract language and specifics and apply them
• Update internal systems to maintain Accurate cross-functional used data
• Provide necessary feedback and recommendations
• Identify issues and problems as they occur and escalate as needed
• Provide support for efficiency analytics and contract related reporting
• Follow and adhere to best practices for all internal processes including, but not limited to, Opportunity Management, Data Quality and accuracy, Quotations and Forecasting

What you bring to the table:

• Around 3-5 years’ cooperate experience preferably in the field of contract/renewal administration
• Fluent in English and Dutch and any additional language are a plus
• Must be proficient in MS Office applications specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Expertise with a sales business tool (Salesforce)
• Ability to work, understand and progress in a fast-paced technology-driven environment
• Familiarity with contract creation preferable in the technology and/or SaaS industry
• Functional understanding of data entry as related to business applications
• Ability to work independently as well as being a team player
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
• Superior organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
