We are looking for a Product Analyst to start immediately as part of our Product Intelligence Team in Berlin. The Product Intelligence Team supports three Product & Engineering tribes at Babbel to make data-driven decisions and helps them uncover levers for subscription base and engagement growth.

You will

• Work with engineers and data engineers to build reporting structures allowing for monitoring, performance measurement and analyses of product components and features
• Challenge and contribute to product decisions with insights and business cases
• Develop in-depth analytical understanding for what drives user behaviour in the product, and uncover growth levers in focussed deepdive analyses
• Drive data mindset in the tribe and become a reliable and responsive point of contact for tribe leads and product and engineering managers.

Your have

• 2-3 years of data analysis experience, preferably for an online business with a proven track record of transforming data into actionable insights
• You love to enable people with data and insights and have a talent for building strong professional relationships
• You are highly proficient in Excel or equivalent
• You are proficient in SQL (knowledge of Snowflake, MySQL, Tableau is a plus)
• You have some experience with either Python or R (we use Python)
• You have a good understanding of statistics and the ability to translate results of analyses into insights
