We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product Management team in Berlin!

As a Product Manager at Babbel, you will create and deliver an amazing learning experience to our learners, guided by a user-centred design based on clear KPIs and data. You will facilitate collaboration within cross-functional teams in an agile environment, ensuring that we’re building experiences that solve important leaner problems in creative, scalable and measurable ways.

You will be

• Setting strategic direction by sharing learner and data inspired insights, to inform product strategy & vision.
• Prioritizing opportunities & facilitating progress updates within your cross-functional product teams, informed by strategy and OKRs
• Developing strong partnership and collaboration with your key product functions (Design, Engineering, Research, Didactics) and relevant parts of the business.
• Building data-inspired hypothesis, and after measuring, monitoring and analyzing metrics to optimize existing features and to learn from minimum viable features
• Continuously improving product teams delivery, supporting to expedite decisions & increase velocity.
• Prototype and test new features and products that capitalize on market opportunities in partnership with marketing and business development, while upholding the best use of educational methodologies

You are

• passionate about improving language learning, and knows when to apply attention to detail, when to make raw prototypes quickly, and when to consult experts
• eager to advocate for delight and emotion in your products
• a compelling storyteller who can communicate in succinct and inspiring ways to a variety of audience types
• data driven, business-oriented, and ready to innovate and learn continuously through rapid testing

You have:

• 7+ years experience working as a product manager, or similar role, in high performing, cross functional teams that have shipped products at scale
• Experience delivering marketplace software solutions - and have deep empathy for both the buyer and seller experiences
• Deep experience working with agile development teams to build world-class software applications.
• Experience with mobile first and cross platform feature design, validation and roll-out
• Understanding of learning methodologies and technology and how it might be applied to help solve relevant problems for our learners
