About the Team

We are looking for a Senior Manager to help our merchant support team scale to meet the rapid growth of our international last-mile logistics platform. You will be analytical , have a demonstrated track record of relentless , effective execution, and be excited to solve one of our most challenging problems: a global support infrastructure creating an empathetic, efficient, Merchant Support Experience.

You’ll be a strategic problem solver , responsible for ensuring that a large cross-functional team - including operations, product and engineering - is working together seamlessly to provide an exceptional customer experience.

You love data and know how to use it: SQL, Chart.io visualizations and reporting, diving deep and surfacing + socializing trends and patterns across teams to influence change at scale.

About the Role

DoorDash is looking for a hands-on Sr. Manager, Merchant Support Experience to act both as technical expert when scaling data infrastructure, and working with your team to bring these insights to action.

• Partner with teams within support operations, and our product, engineering and tools teams to improve processes and the resulting merchant experience
• Create, dig into and use data and insights to identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, efficiency, effectiveness and customer experience
• Execute your recommendations from start to finish, from digging into Excel /SQL to creating a budget to implementing timelines, aligning stakeholders , testing ideas, executing and measuring results
• Partner with support and company-level leadership to guide priority projects
