IT Administrator

Job Description

The IT Administrator will be responsible for the day to day technical support of the company's IT environment, along with working on internal projects to develop the IT infrastructure including Identity management, network, software deployment and device configuration management.
The Administrator will be responsible for ensuring all employees, both local and remote, have consistent access to high quality IT support. A successful candidate must be comfortable being proactive and have a desire to learn and improve his skills while helping the whole Fundbox team succeed. The candidate must demonstrate a passion for technology and ability research and adapt to new technologies.
This job requires a self-starter who takes initiative and consistently displays a positive attitude, integrity and accountability while working with local and remote teams.

In this role you will:

• Take a hands on approach maintaining and monitoring all aspects of the information technology infrastructure and operations.
• Being proactive and building automation to avoid recurring failures
• Maintain and improve our identify management systems and authentication systems (OKTA)
• Maintain and develop our network infrastructure
• Maintain and improve our Windows and MacOS MDMs.
• Train new staff members on IT security, efficiency and best practices while constantly striving to optimize employee on-boarding.
• Provision hardware and resolve technical issues for Max and Windows users and equipment.
• Ensuring standards are being followed, workflow are maintained, and compliance requirements are being met.
• Working independently onsite and collaborating with teams in the US and around the world.

You should have:

• Good understanding how OKTA works
• MacOS MDM and Windows MDM administration - building packages and deploying configurations.
• Experience in building IT training programs for company employees, documenting and organizing solutions in knowledge base.
• Network understanding, ability to setup a network with HA, DHCP, DNS Advantages.
• Meraki network administration, Airwatch, JAMF, experience.
• Mac administration with Open Source tools like Munki, Puppet, AutoDMG, Crypt
• Bash/Python
• Bachelor’s Degree required
