Who You'll Work With
You will join the Dallas, Dubai, Munich, New York, Prague, San Jose or Waltham office, and be part of the Records and Information Management (RIM) team of the Cyber and Data Risk function. You will report to the Director of Data Risk, who leads the cross-functional data group, a team comprised of risk experts, lawyers and behavior change specialists.You will interact with engineering and operations teams, work closely and collaboratively with internal and external functions, partner with functional cells and client service teams, and liaise with external agencies and other advisory bodies as necessary.What You'll Do
You will transform the firm’s data management practices and proactively address risks and capture value through better client data management, which include archiving client deliverables, reusing data for future engagements, and ensuring data deletion.In this role, you have the exciting opportunity to build and lead a Records and Information Management team, which will be responsible for data management transformation and implementation. You will drive the overall vision of RIM in terms of technical, process, and cultural change, and bring best-in-class expertise to build a scaled and integrated data management function, turning it from a compliance focus into a source of competitive advantage.Your team will own the issue of RIM end-to-end and drive targeted change initiatives to meet our future state. You will also advise senior firm leaders on records and information management issues and opportunities.Qualifications
