Quality Lead

Job Description

Warby Parker is looking for a highly-motivated Quality Lead to help oversee quality operations at our 3PL facility in Greenwood, IN. Ideal candidates are passionate about delivering a world-class customer experience and impacting one of our customer’s first touchpoints with Warby Parker.

Responsibilities

• Support quality team, ensuring adherence to quality standards and guidelines
• Become an expert on all quality business systems and processes
• Perform administrative duties, including data entry, reporting, and staffing/resource allocation
• Train and onboard all new team members
• Conduct ongoing quality audits daily and adjust processes, as needed
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment for quality team
• Motivate team to meet daily goals while maintaining operational efficiency
• Coordinate with facility management daily to ensure seamless operations
