Marketing Operations Manager Location: San Francisco, CA- United States Job ID: 20WD39900 Position Overview Autodesk Construction Solutions’ Marketing Operations team is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to advance and improve our systems architecture, data quality, attribution reporting, campaign optimization and technology implementation. The ideal candidate is someone that thinks strategically and at scale to support our fast growing business. Responsibilities Create and analyze reports on marketing attribution and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact, making recommendations on areas for optimization and alignment Own the lead lifecycle - measure, monitor, and optimize the revenue funnel from lead to MQL to closed-won opportunity Analyze campaign results and optimize to increase engagement, lead quality, conversion rates, program performance and the effectiveness of marketing spend Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database, ensuring accurate data and lead flow between Marketo and Salesforce Define and drive technology strategy for the Demand Generation team, working closely with internal stakeholders to reduce friction, enable scale and minimize overhead Lead the deployment of third party software systems and their integration with the marketing technology stack Responsible for ongoing maintenance of the technology stack including integration of data between the systems Drives the strategy for operational projects within our marketing automation system Responsible for supporting internal stakeholders with marketing system training and documentation Develop automated processes for manual functions within the team. Run data audits to identify trends and results as they apply to specific campaigns. Compile detailed reporting of observations, findings, and recommendations Minimum Qualifications 2-4 years of experience working in a Marketing Operations/Automation role Advanced skill set in Marketo, Salesforce and Outreach—similar automation tools considered A solid understanding of SaaS sales organizations and how they operate successfully Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Process driven with a bias towards action, looking for efficiency gains wherever possible Flexibility and agility to operate in a fast-moving, dynamic environment At least 2 years of experience working in Demand Generation/Marketing Operations/Marketing Automation at a high growth tech company A solid understanding of SaaS sales Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Drives processes to be more efficient Flexibility and agility to operate in a fast-moving, dynamic environment Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects Problem-solving nature, capable of built documentation High level of discipline to work practices and an eye for detail Comfortable giving and receiving feedback Experience working in Marketo and Outreach, similar automation tools considered Experience working in Salesforce Self-motivated and able to effectively manage projects, both independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience working in LeanData Sales experience About Autodesk Construction Solutions Autodesk has fully reimagined the construction business for the digital age, enabling companies to address the most important challenges they face today while preparing for new ways of working in the future.
