Autodesk is seeking a data-driven, results-oriented marketer to join our Account Based Marketing team. This is a great opportunity to combine your growth marketing and relationship building skills to help grow account engagement and sales pipeline for ACS. Your focus is on partnering with sales and executing 1:1, and 1:few ABM campaigns that generate meetings, demos and pipeline velocity for key Autodesk Construction Solutions accounts. Working within an innovative digital marketing team, as ABM Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing end-to-end ABM campaigns targeted at specific accounts and contacts. You will collaborate and work closely with sales, demand gen teams, field marketing, marketing operations, analytics & reporting, and web publishing to ensure execution across various campaign activities. You will also have proven experience collaborating effectively across organizational boundaries while driving hard for rapid results. This role requires someone who can collaborate, build relationships, but also have the courage to challenge the status quo when necessary. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Track, analyze and optimize ABM campaigns at a global level Ability to manage ABM and sales process, and report on ABM metrics and sales pipeline Coordinate with sales teams to ensure alignment and create a feedback loop between sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams Create, maintain and analyze pipeline dashboards and key metrics in Salesforce and Marketo, and deliver in the form of weekly status reports Track lead flow to ensure the appropriate sales channels are following up on marketing in a timely manner Develop, maintain, and analyze comprehensive account profiles and target personas; including; interactions, install base, intent and usage data, demographics, attitudes, motivations, technology and business functions Design & execute 1:1, 1: few, and broad-based ABM initiatives, that penetrate target accounts, aligned with the buyer’s journey, to meet pipeline requirements, and achieve ROI goals of varied account segments Proactively communicate and educate sales teams on ABM campaigns, and coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities Work cross-functionally with other Autodesk marketing groups to ensure optimal implementation of ABM campaigns Constantly research and find creative ABM technology, tactics and strategies to drive more demos and meetings and accelerate sales opportunities Identify opportunities to improve ABM effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes Gather, consolidate and resolve feedback from internal reviewers and approvers You are the perfect candidate for this role if: You have a passion for sales and marketing alignment, using your ninja marketing chops to drive results, and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment You are a wizard with Marketo and Salesforce and love to use various B2B marketing tech to move accounts and contacts through the buyer’s journey You are a self-starter and can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a large, dynamic and often ambiguous environment You enjoy solving problems and are good at crafting solutions You like getting your hands dirty in day-to-day tasks to get things done You communicate clearly and effectively with cross functional groups and senior management Skills and Profile BA, BS or equivalent degree in Marketing or related field 4-6 years’ experience in B2B SaaS marketing roles Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, or Construction) Industry highly desirable, but not required Analytical thinker with experience analyzing, interpreting and reporting key marketing and sales metrics across systems Proficiency in web and data analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Datorama, Domo, Looker, Tableau, etc. Experienced in working with a variety of marketing technical systems, including Marketing Automation Systems such as Marketo, and CRM systems such as Salesforce. Extremely strong interpersonal skills. Must be sharp, energetic, assertive, and results-oriented. Able to prioritize and focus in a rapidly evolving environment.
